Director of Post Construction Services
Toni Fetchel has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry with a focus on Facilities Management and Building Maintenance. Her extensive experience in tenant improvements and implementation of functional maintenance programs is utilized in the development of maintenance recommendations and requirements utilized for the LJP produced maintenance manuals and checklists. She leads the post-construction efforts and is responsible for conducting community maintenance reviews, video documentation, and HOA turnover walk-throughs for all product types. She also had direct involvement with the LEED-CI project of the company headquarters, serving as Project Manager.
Prior to joining LJP Construction Services, she was employed with a Human Resources firm in Southern California in their Real Estate Division, directing Facilities Management and assisting with leasing functions. She has also worked in the Procurement Department for a well-known Aerospace company located in Southern California.
Ms. Fetchel’s other responsibilities have included leading management teams in the daily operations of multiple sites to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and appearance of facilities and grounds; serving as the on-site Manager for many construction projects, including remodels and new construction; and assisting in the preparation and presentation of cost-efficiency analysis and energy management strategies. In her position as Facilities Supervisor, she played a key role in space planning and acquisition as she provided critical data that was used in determining space and facility needs. Other responsibilities have included procurement, vendor contracts and management, customer service, relocations, report writing, and emergency preparedness and contingency planning.
