Documentation may also include photographic evidence of project boundaries and existing baseline conditions of all perimeter buildings and landscape improvements.
Draw Requests verify loan draw amounts relative to field construction progress and provide a photographic record of project status at time of draw request. Our third party verification then allows for disbursement of funds to the general contractor, owner, receiver, and/or trustee for work completed.
CaptureQA™ is an App designed and engineered by LJP Construction Services for use on the iPad and deployed through the Web. The App provides site visit information to our Clients in real-time with ease of use for their field construction managers. The password protected web-site portal enables Clients to see color coded photos to quickly gauge how their field trade contractors are performing. The logic is simple: Green for good assemblies, Red for deficiencies and Yellow for course-of-construction or scheduling progress. More importantly, with faster reporting time, Clients can quickly track where deviations from architectural plans arise and help identify where workmanship issues are found in the field. This helps enhance production efficiency and provides the ability to produce performance insights by project element and building assembly—another example of LJP leading the way to higher quality construction within a project, between divisions, and across multiple regions.
